Curved Chair - Aaron L.T. Lehr
Loading...

The Curved Chair process started with building a full-scale model out of MDF using a grinder and volunteers. I use the volunteers to produce a shape by having them sit it in and give me their feedback. Then I would reshape the chair with each persons feedback to be comfortable my intent was to make the chair look uncomfortable but be convertible. The profile fits a wide range of shapes as it conforms to the human body.
