I desinged and taught one part of a larger makerspace at the 2016 Youth Bike Summit in St Paul Minnesota let by a team of Parsons students and professors I ran “print it out” — a 3d printing workshop where individuals can design and print a bicycle license plate. Being run at the same time “light it up” – a soft circuits workshop with LED lights and sew it down” – a sewing/stitching pattern making DIY craft fest of helmet covers/seat covers/headbands/fanny packs.
